Public Forums. Please remember that any information you may disclose or post on public areas of our websites or the Internet, becomes public information. Children

This website is not directed towards children and we do not seek to collect any personal information from children. If we become aware that personal information from a child under the age of 13 has been collected, we will use all reasonable efforts to delete such information from our database.

Our Supplier

Information Related to Data Collected through Resellers. Artcha Studio is a web hosting reseller of HostGator and HostGator may collect information under the direction of Artcha Studio, and HostGator has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data is provided, processed or obtained by Artcha Studio.

Data Retention. Our supplier (HostGator) will retain and use this personal information as necessary to comply with their legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce their agreements

Changes to this Policy

Artcha Studio reserves the right to revise, amend, or modify this Privacy Policy at any time and in any manner. However, if we plan to materially change how we plan to use previously collected personal information, we will provide you with advance notice prior to the change becoming effective and an opportunity to opt-out of such differing uses.
